Service Description

Trapeze is a non traditional practice conducted in a rig using a main sling and handles. We stretch and strengthen with the assistance of the trapeze allowing our body to access poses otherwise out of reach. The trapeze was designed based off of preexisting apparatus but unlike the more theatrical based practices that resemble it, trapeze is intended for rehabilitation. In every class you will learn a number of inversion poses meant to strengthen your spinal mobility. The static fabric holds securely (weight tested to 1000lbs) and the handles allow upper body strength to help us into and out of poses.
